Zane Whitfield, Broker Associate at Re/Max Properties in Colorado Springs, started serving the Colorado Springs Real Estate community in 2001 after serving 6 years in the U.S. Army and 4 years as outside sales manager for Georgia Pacific.
His background includes over 8 years of sales as owner and agent of New Homes Colorado Springs at Re/Max Properties, 2 years as an agent at Coldwell Banker, and 2 additional years performing Managing Broker duties for Coldwell Banker. Due to Zane’s coaching and mentoring, he brought the Colorado Springs Coldwell Banker office from #12 to #2 in 2 years’ time.
Zane’s professionalism and dedication has earned him International Diamond Society and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designations. Zane’s top performing teams in the Pike’s Peak Region have produced over $50M in Resale Homes and $60M in new home construction sales.
